This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding legal contract between SRS Host (“Provider”) and the participating individual or entity (“Affiliate”). By enrolling in the SRS Host Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Account Registration & Use

• 1.1 Multiple affiliate accounts by the same person, entity, or IP address are strictly prohibited.
• 1.2 The IP address and device of the Affiliate (link sharer) and the referred customer must be different.
• 1.3 Self-referrals or orders placed using your own affiliate link will result in commission cancellation and may lead to account suspension for abuse.

2. Commission Structure & Eligibility

• 2.1 Commissions for valid orders placed via your affiliate link will remain in pending status for seven (07) days.
• 2.2 A fixed 20% recurring commission applies to all hosting services for as long as the referred customer maintains the service.
• 2.3 On the 8th day, pending commissions will be credited to your affiliate balance if the order remains active and valid.
• 2.4 Cookie tracking remains valid for 30 (thirty) days from the initial click. Withdrawal requests may be submitted after eight (08) days from the order date.

3. Commission Payment Conditions

• 3.1 No commission will be paid for orders canceled, terminated, refunded, or proven fraudulent within seven (07) days of purchase.
• 3.2 If a service is discontinued or refunded after payment, the corresponding commission will be reversed.
• 3.3 SRS Host reserves the right to verify orders before releasing commissions.

4. Withdrawal Policy

• 4.1 Minimum payout threshold: ৳1,000 (One Thousand Taka).
• 4.2 Withdrawal requests must be submitted via support ticket to the SRS Host Billing Department with valid bank or mobile banking (bKash/Nagad) details.
• 4.3 Approved withdrawals will be processed within 12–48 hours.

5. Fraud Prevention & Abuse

• 5.1 Activities including, but not limited to, cookie stuffing, fake emails, fake orders, or self-purchases will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of earnings.
• 5.2 SRS Host reserves the right to review IP logs, order records, and payment history to detect fraud.

6. Modification of Terms

• 6.1 SRS Host may amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
• 6.2 Updates will become effective immediately upon posting on the SRS Host website.
• 6.3 All decisions by SRS Host regarding affiliate participation are final and binding.

7. Acceptance

By registering as an Affiliate, you confirm your acceptance of this Agreement and agree to comply with all program rules and policies.
